These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
online booking facility.

Payment
=======
Payment will be taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking by phoning the club. If you cancel your booking, more than 1 week before your date of play, fees paid less an administration charge of £5 will be refunded. 
Cancellations within 1 week prior to play date you will be a charged at 50% of the green fee, that is a refund of 50% will be credited back to you.

Failure to cancel your booking:
If you fail to cancel your booking, the green fee paid will not be reimbursed.

Booking transferability:
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.  Please ensure they bring a printout of the online booking confirmation.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be offered an alternative date.

Booking Transferable
====================
The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
The following are not acceptable forms of attire: faded and distressed denims; football or rugby -shorts, tops or boots, collarless shirts, cargo shorts, tee shirts with slogans or artwork. All shirts must be tucked in.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Alcohol
======
Although alcohol is permitted on the course “excessive drinking” is prohibited and players should not drink if driving a buggy.

Golf Buggies

The club has 6 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, please contact the Pro Shop.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01968 674244.
