Green Fee Rates

IMPORTANT ADVICE FOR ALL MEMBERS AND VISITORS USING THE GOLF CLUB

Please note - mask/face coverings are no longer compulsory but it would be appreciated if they were worn inside the golf buildings unless you are eating or drinking.

In order to keep the course open and minimise the risk of infection from the COVID-19 virus and to protect staff and players at the golf club please observe the following guidelines;

• Please use the hand sanitiser when entering the Golf Shop and Clubhouse

• No more than 1 person in the shop at one time

• Pay using contactless card payments rather than cash

• Put some hand wipes/sanitiser in your bag and use frequently

• After your round, make sure you wash your hands for at least 20 seconds in hot, soapy water.

• Please use the litter bins on the course

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE GOLF CLUB IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF CORONAVIRUS I.E. FEVER PERSISTENT COUGH OR LOSS OF TASTE AND SMELL OR IF YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD TO SELF ISOLATE.

IMPORTANT WINTER NOTICE - During the winter months we have a hedgehog wheel only policy - golfers can carry their clubs or use hedgehog wheels these may be purchased or hired at the golf shop. To book in advance please call 01904 766198

GREEN FEE INFORMATION:
Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends,
we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if
you are prepared to avoid the busiest times.
The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee.

EFFECTIVE FROM 1ST NOVEMBER 2021 - Hedgehog Wheels must be used on all golf trolleys during the winter months. There are a small number of hire trolleys with these fitted - please call the golf shop on 01904 766198 to reserve a trolley.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your personal details and your credit or debit card details. Payment will be taken in full at the time of booking but please take your confirmation to the Golf Shop before teeing off.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), we will either transfer your booking to another convenient date or refund your card.

Cancellation Procedure
----------------------
If you wish to cancel your booking  to receive a full refund you must notify the Golf Shop 7 days beforehand on 01904 766198. We will endeavour to find you a more convenient time but if this is not possible then we will refund your card in full. If you notify us in less than 7 days that you wish to cancel your booking we will offer you an alternative time and no refund will be made. If you do not turn up to play then you will forfeit your payment.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Dress Code
==========
Normal golf dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denim jeans, football/rugby tops, T shirts and vests trainers etc.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Trolleys
========
Hedgehog Wheels must be used on all golf trolleys in the winter months.
