TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Cancellation Policy You can cancel a booking on the web site by entering the unique reference number. If you cancel a booking any later than 7 days prior to the date of play for Open competitions or 48 hours for casual play rounds, you will not receive a refund. Failure to Cancel Your Booking If you fail to cancel your booking and do not arrive to play, no refund will be given. Course Closed If you are unable to play your round due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), a full refund will be given. Booking Transferable The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to use your tee time, you can offer it to someone else. Handicaps This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap index of 26.1 or less (men) or 33.8 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Competition terms and conditions Specific terms and conditions for individual open competitions will be available on the notice board on the day of each competition and for 7 days thereafter. Dress Code On the Course: No denims, or combat/cargo type trousers or shorts. Tailored shorts and collared shirts only. In the clubhouse: Smart but casual golf apparel, collared shirts. Smart jeans are permitted (no rips). No football tops and caps should not be worn. Changing Facilities We offer changing facilities, please do NOT change in the car park. Golf Shoes Golf shoes with spikes may be worn on the course for safety reasons. Winter Rules The Clubs winter rules must be followed including use of mats as advised by Greens Committee. Health & Safety The Clubs health & Safety policy must be followed at all times, copies of policy are available from the Professional and are displayed on the Course Information Board. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01505 320032.
