TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.
Payment
=======
Payment must be made at the time of booking by a credit or debit card.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
============================
CASUAL TEE-TIMES:
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique reference number.
If you cancel your booking more than one week before the date of play, you will be entitled to a full refund.
If you cancel your booking less than one week before the date of play, you will be entitled to a 50% refund.
To enquire about a refund or to arrange an alternative date, please telephone Edzell Golf Club on 01356 647283.
OPEN COMPETITIONS: If you cancel your booking less than two weeks before your date of play, you will lose your entry fee. Cancellations of open competition entries cannot be carried out online. Please telephone the administrative team on 01356 647283.
Buggy Hire
==========
Buggies may be booked in advance by telephoning the Pro Shop on 01356 648462. A valid driving licence is necessary in order to hire a buggy.
Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather) any payment already made will be refunded.
Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.
Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
Dress Code
==========
Members and visitors are advised that smart, casual attire is expected as a form of dress at all times, both within the clubhouse and on the course.
Please note that golf shoes with plastic or metal cleats may not be worn in the lounge, restaurant or bar areas but shoes with pimple soles are allowed. Please consult the Club Services Manager to determine what is or is not appropriate.
Spikes
======
Soft spikes are preferred on the course.
