TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club. Refund / Cancellation Policy You can cancel your booking by contacting The East Renfrewshire Golf Club by email, secretary@eastrengolfclub.co.uk or telephone, 01355 500206. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking If you fail to cancel your booking, there may be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card if no prior notice has been given. Course Conditions If you are unable to play your round of golf due to bad weather, no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Winter mats- Winter mats are currently in operation (from Nov 2nd 2020)and must be used from the fairway. Mats can be purchased or rented from the Professional Shop. Booking Transferable The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code The dress code on the course is normal golf attire. The dress code for the Clubhouse is smart casual and jeans are allowed. Spikes Spikes may be worn on the course. Clubhouse Facilities Our clubhouse offers excellent catering and bar facilities which are available to all visitors from bacon roll/coffee to our extensive choice of menu. We also offer free Wifi within the clubhouse area.
