Green Fee Rates

Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends,
we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if
you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute.
The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee.

You may only book up to 14 days in advance on this system - if you require society bookings or dates further ahead then please phone the Pro' Shop.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Your card will be debited as soon as the Booking is made.

You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You cannot cancel your booking on the web site but should ring the Pro Shop on 0151 327 3003 Ext3.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,
there will be no charge made and your credit/debit card will be credited.

If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there
will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made and therefore only 50% will be credited.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made and your credit/debit
card will be credited.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Dress Code
==========
Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, sleeveless shirts, trousers tucked into socks, sweaters or sweatshirts with large bold lettering or logos, trainers.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Data Protection
===============
Your personal data will be held on a secure system in order for us to be able to provide the booking, and to inform you of events and offers. Your data will only be shared where it is necessary with a golf service provider, such as GolfNow (BRS), or SAWTED, in order to provide Golfers with services they have requested, such as booking tee times, customer support or marketing. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy available on the website.

If you DO NOT wish to be contacted by the club or these 3rd parties please inform us or them at any time and your contact details will be removed from the systems.

Golf Buggies

The club has 4 buggies that can be booked.We also have a number of pull and electric trolleys available - If you require one of these then please call to confirm availabilty on 0151 327 3003 ext2.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
directly by phone on 0151 327 3003 Extn 3.
