The following notes are provided for your information and guidance, and to help us ensure that your Dunstanburgh experience is enjoyable.
Here at Dunstanburgh we strive towards providing an excellent customer experience.
Our staff are trained to enforce the rules and regulations of “Dunstanburgh Castle Golf Course", this applies to both Members and Visitors.
Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for our online booking system.
Play is from the Yellow (Gents) and Red (Women & Juniors) Tees. White Tees may be played from but only with the Permission of the Course Manager.
*Buggies and Trolleys are available but we insist it is essential to reserve these prior to your visit.
*Markers for nearest the pin and longest drive can be obtained from the clubhouse but need to be organised in advance.
Payment
=======
For all online bookings you will be required to make an upfront full payment. (This includes all packages)
Bookings made via email or telephone require a £10pp deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are to be paid within 7 days of making the booking. Remaining balance must be paid on arrival before your round. You can choose to pay the remaining balance by cash, credit or debit card.
Open Competitions - Full prepayment is required.
Check In
=========
On arrival please report to the Clubhouse and make yourself known at the Bar.
Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking by calling the clubhouse on 01665 576562 ext. 1 or alternatively e-mail

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play you can either transfer your booking to another day or your payment made will be refunded in full.
If you cancel your booking with less than 1 weeks notice we will retain a £10pp deposit.
Open Competitions - Your booking can only be cancelled by calling the clubhouse on 01665 576562 ext.1 or email

If less than a weeks notice is given we will retain a £10pp deposit however, you are encouraged to find alternative players.
Failure to cancel booking
===========================
If you fail to cancel your booking before the date of play we will retain the payment made and no refund will be issued.
Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you can transfer your booking to an alternative date or receive a full refund.
Handicap
=========
Handicap's, CDH number's and Club names are not required for general play. However, if you wish to play in Open Competitions these are required.
Dress Code
===========
Appropriate golf attire dress code is required on the golf course.
