Green Fee Rates

Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays (1 round Mon-Fri £35, Day ticket £45) and weekends (Sunday only £45, Day ticket £55), we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute.
The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will be asked to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your booking will be taken when you make your booking. If you do not have a credit or debit card please call 01786 821521 to make alternative arrangements.

On arrival, please check in at the Pro Shop where you can choose to pay the balance on your account by cash or credit card. Please settle your account before beginning your round.

OPEN COMPETITIONS - We will take the FULL payment at the time of booking.  Senior events are open to those aged 55 and over.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking by phoning the Office on 01786-821527.

If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your date of play,
there will be no further charge made to your credit/debit card. In the event of cancellation we will consider transferring your deposit to an alternative booking. 
OR
If you cancel your booking less than 7 days in advance a further 50% of the green fee will be charged to your credit/debit card. If you wish to transfer your booking to another date please phone 01786 821527 with details of why you wish to transfer your booking and other dates you are able to consider.

OPEN COMPETITIONS - If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the event a full refund will be given. If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the event no refund will be given.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card

Course Closed and Alterations to Bookings
=========================================
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. due to bad weather), your deposit will be refunded or you may request to transfer your booking to an alternative date.

Dunblane New Golf Club reserves the right to amend tee times and alter or close the course at any time without prior notice. Players will be advised as soon as is practicable.

OPEN COMPETITIONS – if an Open has to be cancelled due to the course being closed your booking will automatically be moved to the date the competition is rescheduled for and you will be sent an e-mail to this effect. If you cannot make the new date please phone 01786-821527 to cancel your booking and a full refund will be given.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
Members, Guests and Visitors are expected to be smartly dressed at all times appropriate to the time and occasion. Banned at all times are football/rugby type shirts and shorts, vest type shirts and track suits. Shorts if worn must be tailored and worn with sports socks. Denim jeans and trainers are not encouraged, but, subject to these being in a clean and reasonable condition, are acceptable in the clubhouse. Denim jeans and trainers are not permitted on the golf course at any time.

Golf Buggies

Buggies are available for hire. The cost per buggy will be £20 for 18 holes. Please advise as early as possible if you will require a buggy during your visit.

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
