TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our online booking facility. Druids Heath Golf Club is a Members Golf Club and does not have allocated tee times. When you arrive at the club please check in at the pro shop and the staff will do their best to get you off at your time slot booked. Payment ======= To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Druids Heath Golf Club will charge your card 100% of the amount booked at the time of booking. Refund/Cancellation Policy =================== Our cancelation policy is strictly 48 Hours from the time of your tee booking. You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique booking reference number. If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your date of play, you will be refunded. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be refunded. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 36 or less (men) or 54 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Open competition limits will be displayed on the entry sheet. Dress Code ========== Normal golf dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, ..... Spikes ====== Spikes are not allowed. Minimum Age Policy ================== Aged 18 or over only are allowed to book online Golf Buggies BUGGY MESSAGE: The club has 6 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01922 455595.
