Please note all deposits are non refundable.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds due to delayed/cancelled flights or travel plans, personal injury or illness. For this reason,
we strongly recommend visiting golfers have insurance to cover this eventuality.
Booking Transferable
====================
A Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend, providing they comply with the booking restrictions.
No Shows
=============
Failure to keep an appointment will result in full forfeiture of pre-payment. Refunds will not be issued.
Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 54. If you don't have a handicap you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
Dress Code
==========
We request that attire be consistent with current accepted golf fashion. Shorts must be tailored, shirts can be collared or mock neck. T-shirts, denim and athletic wear are not permitted.
Spikes
======
Please note that metal spikes are not permitted.
Pace of Play
======
Please avoid slow play at all times. As the playing time for a round of golf effects the golfer's enjoyment, we make a concerted effort to ensure a reasonable pace of play. To ensure the proper flow of play on the course, slow players, if they have not already done so, may be asked to call following matches through.
If one of our Rangers deems that play is excessively slow, golfers may be requested to pick up their ball on the hole and move to the next hole. In extreme circumstances, golfer/s may be requested to leave the course if slow play is persistent and they do not comply with the Ranger's request.
Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will get a full refund of payments or can transfer your booking to a new date.
Music
=============
No playing of music is permitted on the course.
We look forward to welcoming you to Dooks Golf Links.
