TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
online booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Full payment for your tee reservation will be taken from your credit or debit card at the time of booking.

Bookings will only be confirmed once all mandatory fields have been completed online and a booking reference number provided.

You should report to the Registration Desk on arriving at the Club.  We recommend that you arrive at the Club 20-30 minutes before your tee-off time.

Cancellation Policy
===================
Please contact the Office on 01302 865632 (option 2) if you need to cancel or amend your booking.  We will seek to offer an alternative time that is suitable or agree a refund.  We reserve the right to charge for cancellations less than one week ahead. If you fail to cancel your booking, no refunds will be made.

Course Closed
=============
In the unlikely event that the course is closed for unsuitable conditions, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative and mutually agreeable tee reservation for another day.

Booking Transferable
====================
Your booking is transferable. Should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else.  Please contact the Office on the above number to amend the booking details.

Dress Code
==========
All visitors are expected to be appropriately dressed on the course and in the Clubhouse and surrounding areas. Normal golf dress code rules apply and can be viewed on the Visitor section of the Club's website under "Information for Visiting Golfers". The Club reserves the right to refuse access to anyone not conforming to these rules

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Insurance Cover
===============
Visiting golfers should note that Doncaster Golf Club's insurance arrangements do not cover individual golfers for any personal liabilities they may incur due to their actions when playing at the Club. Visitors are therefore advised to ensure they have appropriate insurance cover in place.  Doncaster Golf Club will accept no responsibility for the actions of visiting golfers.

Golf Buggies

We do offer a limited number of buggies for hire and you should contact the Professional on 01302 868404 to pre-book. Personal single buggies can be used subject to our buggy policy (see Visitor section of website for details). Hand pull and electric trolleys can be hired from the Pro's Shop on the day subject to availability.
