TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.
Payment
=======
Payment will be taken at the time of booking. To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
============================
You can cancel your booking by contacting Crosland Heath Golf Club Ltd by email,
[email protected] or telephone, 01484 653216. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.
Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.
Trolley Hire
The club has a number of electric trollies and manual pull trollies to hire. Please call 01484 653877 to book these
Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
CROSLAND HEATH GC DRESS CODE
Will all members and visitors please be aware of the following dress regulations. Anyone found to be in breach of these will be asked to leave the course or clubhouse.
On the course
Whilst playing the course or using the Practice Field all Members and Guests are required to wear APPROPRIATE GOLF ATTIRE including golf shoes.
Appropriate golf attire is -:
Shoes – must be recognised golf shoes with steel, plastic or dimpled soles. Training or walking shoes are not permissible under any circumstances
Socks - sports or trainer socks are permissible in any colour.
Trousers/Shorts – must be tailored. No cargo or sports type trousers or shorts are permissible.
Shirts – must have a collar. No tee shirts, rugby or football tops allowed and any logo must not be excessive. Shirts must be tucked in.
Sweaters – no hooded tops or excessive logos. V or round neck and sleeveless are acceptable.
Rainwear – no hooded tops are permissible.
In the Clubhouse Bar & Lounge areas
Smart casual wear is permitted in the Clubhouse at all times and providing clothing is not wet or soiled a change from golf attire is not necessary.
Gentlemen will be expected to wear trousers in the Dining Room, but may wear tailored shorts in the bar area.
Shirts must have a collar and be tucked in. Tailored shirts may be worn un-tucked.
For a trial period smart jeans will be permissible. No worn, torn or bleach washed jeans are permissible. No workwear will be allowed.
Casual footwear will be permitted including formal sandals without socks, but no flip flops.
For the purposes of clarity, the following are NOT considered acceptable:
Wet or soiled clothing/shoes
Caps/Hats, Outdoor jackets/coats, wind-tops, fleeces, waterproof jackets and other golf outerwear.
Flip flops.
GOLF SHOES MAY NOT BE WORN IN ANY PART OF THE LOUNGE, DINING ROOM OR 19TH BAR
