This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Click here to book a tee time. Green Fee Rates No payment is deducted at time of booking, please pay in the golf office by card or contactless methods only when arriving for your round of golf. We DO NOT accept cash. If unable to attend your booking - please call 01224-716777 in advance to cancel your reservation. Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not process the transaction until you turn up to play. When you turn up for your round of golf, You should report to the Golf shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Dress Code ========== Smart, casual attire is acceptable as a form of dress both within the clubhouse and on the course. However, denim jeans, sports shorts, collarless shirts, shell suits and track suit bottoms are not considered appropriate forms of dress. Golf Buggies The club has 10 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Please note. You will be requested to complete a buggy hire form before taking the vehicle out on the course. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01224 716777.
