Member Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times at Clays Golf.
Payment will be taken at the time of booking. To book a tee time online you will have to submit your personal contact details and enter your credit or debit card details using our secure online payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on arrival of your booking.
Your booking is for the agreed tee time(s) only, as at the time of your booking. If you are running or arrive late for your tee time please contact our Golf Reception team who will do their best to find an alternate/acceptable tee time for you.
You must check in at the golf reception at least 10 minutes before your tee time.
Please ensure you and other members of your group are wearing the correct golf clothing and shoes to save any potential embarrassment or problems on the day. Our dress code can be found at www.claysgolf.co.uk/dress-code/
Please ensure you and other members of your group have one set of golf clubs per player. Sharing golf equipment is not permitted.
Handicaps & Playing Ability
You dont need a handicap to play our golf course however we do ask that you are of a reasonable standard and understand the basic rules and etiquette of golf whilst playing your round.
Health & Safety
Our Health & Safety policy must be adhered to at all times. A copy of our policy is available from the golf reception or on our website at www.claysgolf.co.uk. Please be aware that use of our Golf Course, Driving Range, Clubhouse, Car Park and all other facilities at Clays Golf are at your own risk.
You can cancel your booking by entering your unique booking reference number online.
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.
If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before your date of play, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
If the golf course is closed on the day of your booking no person may play on the course and all bookings are cancelled. It is up to you to re-book your tee time(s) or request a refund by emailing, calling or in person at the club within 72 hours from their original tee time. After 72 hours no refund will be given.
Transferring Your Booking
Your booking is transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.
