Payment ======= To book a tee time online you will be required to pay in full at time of booking with a debit or credit card. When you turn up for your round of golf, please sign in at the Pro's shop. If the pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking by emailing the club at golfpro@chapelgolf.co.uk or by phoning 01298 812118. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, you will be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, no refund will be offered but you will have the option of moving your booking to an alternative date and time, subject to availability. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, no refund will be given. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), a full refund will be offered or you may move your booking to an alternative date and time, subject to availability. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= We welcome golfers of all ages and abilities. You do not need an official handicap to play at Chapel Golf Club. We only require handicaps for entry into our Open competitions. Dress Code ========== Suitable golfing attire is required for the golf course, golfers must wear appropriate footwear. Smart casual wear in the clubhouse, denims and trainers may be worn inside as long as they are clean and in good condition. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn on the course and in the changing rooms only.
