Carton House Golf Club Terms & Conditions These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. COVID-19 Acknowledgement: By booking a tee time you are acknowledging that all players in the group have been adhering to all Covid guidelines set in place by the government, and will continue to do so while on property Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not process the transaction until you turn up to play. All online rates exclude vouchers. If you have a voucher please contact Golf Reservations on +353 (0)1 6517720 Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 48 Hours before time of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 48 Hours in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Please be aware that if you are booking as a 1-Ball, 2-Ball or 3-Ball Carton House reserves the right to add another player to your booking especially on busy days. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Dress Code ========== We request that attire be consistent with current accepted golf fashion. Shorts must be tailored, shirts can be collared or mock neck. T-shirts, denim and athletic wear are not permitted. Our dress code is strictly enforced. Spikes ====== Please note that metal spikes are not permitted on either golf course, however, the facility to change to soft spikes is available at a rate of €0.00 per pair. Pace of Play ====== Please avoid slow play at all times. To ensure the proper flow of play on the course. Slow players, if they have not already done so, may be asked to call following matches through. Golf Buggies Subject to Availability: The club has 30 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Buggies are available at the discretion of the golf club. Please note buggies will not be available from 27th October to 1st April. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01 5052000.
