When you turn up for your round of golf you should report to the Pro Shop. If the Pro shop is closed, please go to the Clubhouse. Cancellation Policy ==================== You can cancel your booking by contacting Canmore Golf Club by email on canmoreproshop@yahoo.co.uk or telephone, 01383 728416 . Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), please contact the Pro Shop on 01383 728416 to discuss an alternative date. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: cargo shorts, football/rugby tops, vests and tracksuit bottoms. Spikes ====== There are no restrictions regarding any spike type. Golf Buggies We currently have 2 electric buggies available for hire. Should wish to book a buggy or buggies, please contact the Pro Shop once you have confirmed your booking. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01383 724969.
