Green Fee Rates Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. No. 1853927 29 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our online booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card will be debited within one working day for the full amount of your green fee. You must report to the Golf Reception before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique reference number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, you will be entitled to a full refund of the green fee charged to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking within 1 week of your date of play, you will only be entitled to a refund of 50% of the green fee charged to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your tee time, there will be no refund of the green fee charged to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be no refund of the green fee charged to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be entitled to a full refund of the green fee charged to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= To play at Bridport and West Dorset Golf Club, it is preferred that golfers have a handicap 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you do not currently have a CONGU handicap, we expect that you must be able to play to an equivalent standard." Dress Code ========== Normal golf dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, ..... Shoes ====== Golf shoes are Mandatory on the course and may only be worn in the clubhouse "Spikes Bar". Golf Buggies The club has 10 buggies as well as trolleys for hire. The Golf Reception also has a supply of clubs for hire.
