These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will be requested to provide your credit or debit card details which will be held securely as a guarantee. When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the pro shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique ref number. If you cancel your booking before your date of play, you will receive the following percentage refunds of your greenfee: More than one week 100% 5-7 Days 75% 1-4 days 50% On the day 0% Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= Your GUI/ILGU card is required for entry into all competitions. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denim jeans, tee-shirts (collarless and/or sleeveless) shorts, (tailored shorts may be worn). Spikes ====== No metal spikes allowed.
