Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=====
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment 
You should report to the Pro Shop before beginning your round. If the Pro Shop is closed
you should call in after your round is complete.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique
ref 
GREEN FEES
A full refund will be made to your debit/credit if your cancellation is made no less than 7 days before play.

If you cancel your booking less than 7 days in advance, a 50% refund will be made to your
debit/credit card

OPEN COMPETITIONS: Full refunds can be requested up to 7 days before play, cancellations after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, no refunds will be made.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), a full refund will be made to your credit/debit
card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard. For Open competitions Max Playing Handicap for Men is 18 and Ladies 30. All players must be a golf club member with a valid handicap and have at least six registered scores (three of which should be competition scores) in a rolling 12 month period to be eligible to win. Players who don't meet the handicap requirements and igolfers can enter opens but are not eligible for prizes.

Dress Code
==========
Smart, casual attire is acceptable as a form of dress both within the clubhouse and on the course.  However, sports shorts, collarless shirts, shell suits and track suit bottoms are not considered appropriate forms of dress.  Footwear - shoes or sandals - should be worn within the clubhouse but not spiked shoes or trainers.
