Green Fee Rates GREEN FEE MESSAGE: Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you need to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. As we only take visitor bookings on-line 10 days in advance full payment will be requested to confirm you booking. When you turn up for your round of golf, please report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy ================== If you wish to cancel your booking please telephone the club on 01943 831207 For all OPEN COMPETITIONS a full entry fee will be required at time of booking. Should you cancel more than 30 days prior to the event a full refund will be given. If less than 30 days a full charge may be required and no refund will be given. All Open Day prize winners must be able to produce evidence of a valid Handicap Index in order to collect their prize. Failure to do so will result in the prize being awarded to the next eligible score. For all GREEN FEE BOOKINGS if you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your date of play, your credit/debit card will be fully refunded. If you cancel your booking less than 7 days in advance, there will be a 50% refund of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, no refund will be given. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you may either change your booking to another day or receive a full refund to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= Bracken Ghyll is available to golfers who have a handicap of 36 or less (men) or 48 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to a reasonable standard. Dress Code ========== Normal dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted on the course: denims, cargo shorts, football/rugby tops etc etc. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn.
