TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the terms and conditions for booking open competitions using our
online booking facility.

Payment
=======
Payment is by credit or debit card for the full amount at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can only cancel your booking by contacting the club directly on 01698 801971 (please have your booking reference available). Refunds are available up to 14 days before the competition date following which refunds are not available.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be offered an alternative date.

Handicaps
=========
To play in an Open Competition you must have a valid WHS Handicap. The club may impose a maximum handicap allowance for some competitions. In such circumstances you may still enter the competition with a higher handicap but will only receive the maximum allowance. Further specific information for each competition is available in the Open Competition page on the club website.

Dress Code
==========
Normal golf dress code applies. The following are not permitted:
denim shorts, football/rugby tops, etc.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

The club has 4 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy please contact the Pro-Shop on 01698 801969

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01698 801971.
