TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
online booking facility.

In order to maintain a high level of safety awareness, golfers using the course are expected to have adequate golfing experience.

Payment
=======

To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

When you turn up for your round of you should report to the
pro shop before beginning your round.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking online via our club website by entering
your unique booking reference number or by contacting the club.

If you fail to cancel your booking before you play, you will be
liable for the full value of the green fees due.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be offered an alternative date.

Booking Transferable
====================
The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========

On the Course:
Trousers should be tailored
Shoes should be designed specifically for golf
No Trainers or Denim

In the Clubhouse
Smart/Casual or appropriate dress for Function/Occasion
(Smart Denim only - no tears or rips)

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

Anyone wishing to reserve a buggy should contact the professional on 0116 267 5245 to do so. Entering the information in the Notes Area cannot be taken as confirmation that one will be available.
