Green Fee Rates SAMPLE GREENFEE MESSAGE: Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. When you turn up for your round of golf please report to the Pro shop. Cancellation Policy =================== Should you wish cancel or change your booking please ring the office on 01476 542900. Refunds within 7 days of the Tee time will be at the discretion of the golf club. ============================== Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), a refund will be given and your booking can be resheduled. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Opens ===== Please ensure you have read the competition details prior to booking. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, non tailored shorts, football/rugby tops, etc. To avoid embarrassment, please ensure you and your guests are familiar with the dress code. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies Buggies may only be used in Opens and Club competitions by golfers who have presented the club with a certificate identifying that they are disabled within the scope of the Disability and Discrimination Act.
