TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Course Care
==========
Our course is prepared by our dedicated team of greenstaff. Players MUST look after the Golf Course. Bunkers MUST be raked, divots replaced, pitchmarks repair and rubbish placed in the bins provided. Golfers will be asked to leave the course if this is not followed.

Dress Code
==========
Smart Golfing attire is essential.
Golfing trousers or tailored shorts accompanied by a polo top or Golf outerwear when required.
No football clothing or jeans allowed on the course.
Golf footwear must be worn when on the course.

Please note; the Professional staff will deny access to the Golf Course to anyone whom do not conform to the dress code above

Open Bookings
=======
To be eligible to win prizes in all Bedlingtonshire Opens, you must have 5 singles competitions in your handicap record for the last rolling 12 month period. We do not accept I Golf handicaps in Opens.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
============================
You can cancel your booking by contacting Bedlingtonshire Golf Club by email, secretary@bedlingtongolfclub.com or telephone, 01670 822457. 
Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Spikes
======
Golf Shoes to be worn only.

Golf Buggies

The club has 6 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01670 822457.
