These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure online payment process. Full payment is taken at the time of booking. When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the pro shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== Please phone the club to cancel your booking. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, you will receive a full refund of your green fee. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week before your date of play, you will receive a 50% refund of your green fee. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= Handicap certificates are not required for general play. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denim jeans, tee-shirts (collarless and/or sleeveless) shorts, (tailored shorts may be worn). Spikes ====== No metal spikes allowed.
