Welcome to the Ardglass Golf Club Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using the Ardglass Golf Club’s internet booking facility.
 
Payments.
========
To book a tee off through our web site you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our online payment.
Process.  Your card will be charged with 100% of the green fee for both casual golf and open competitions.
You should report to the Pro Shop a minimum of 30 minutes before your allocated tee time.
If payment has not been taken for the following services then etc etc etc payment will be taken for services such as buggy, trolley, club hire or caddies.  These must be paid for on arrival.  
 
Golf Ireland, Golfhaftet or Open Fairways Members
================
Golfers will be asked to produce their Golf Ireland, Golfhaftet or Open Fairways cards and will also be asked to provide photographic ID to confirm their identity.
Failure to provide the relevant card and/or photographic ID will result in the full green fee rate being applied.
 
Cancellation policy
===================
Please contact the office by phone or email golf@ardglassgolfclub.com to cancel your booking. 
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before the date of play you will be entitled to a 50% refund, and if it is cancelled between 15 & 7 days before the date of play, you will be entitled to a 25% refund. 
No refund will be given if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the date of play.    
 
Open competitions 
=================
You must be a member of the Golf Ireland to compete in an open competition. Players will be asked to provide photographic ID to confirm their identity.
 
An open competition entry fee will not be refunded if it is cancelled less that 24hrs before the time of play.
 
Course closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee.
 
Booking transferable
====================
The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time it may be changed to a different date and/or time. Alternatively you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
The course at Ardglass Golf Club is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less for men or 54 or less for ladies. If you don't have an official handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
 
Dress code
==========
Normal Golf Ireland dress code applies.  The following are therefore not permitted: denim jeans, football or running shorts, football/rugby tops, etc.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn. Any footwear worn on the course should not be worn in the clubhouse.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on +44 (0) 28 44 841 219.
