Company Reg:246280 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK- WE ARE NOW ASKING FOR A FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT FOR GREEN FEES FROM VISITORS TO REDUCE CASH HANDLING. WE HAVE REDUCED OUR CANCELLATION POLICY TO 24 HOURS. A payment of £10 per person will be taken to secure your booking. Please note that for Open Competitions full payment will be deducted from your card within 5 working days. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the Golf shop before beginning your round. If the Golf shop is closed, please report to either the Main Bar or Office. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card and we will refund your deposit. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, we will retain the deposit paid. #DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS ALL VISITOR BOOKINGS EXCEPT OPEN COMPETITIONS ARE FLEXIBLE AND CAN BE CANCELLED WITH 24 HOURS NOTICE# (The management reserve the right to remove this flexible cancellation policy at anytime# FOR OPEN COMPETITIONS - Your booking may only be cancelled by telephoning the office on 01665 830231 and a refund will only be given if your cancelled time is booked and paid for by another player/s. If you are unable to play we encourage you to find replacement players. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend or alternatively transfer it to another day. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard with the usual golfing etiquette. Dress Code ========== On the Course Well cut trousers, tailored shorts and skirts are acceptable: blue denim jeans, football or rugby shirts and shorts are not acceptable. Tailored sports shirts are acceptable: collarless t-shirts are not. In the Clubhouse Dress in any of the public areas may be informal but must be smart clean casual wear. Golf shoes are permitted in our Spike Bar. Caps are not permitted to be worn in the clubhouse. Privacy Policy ______________ What personal information does Golf Club collect about you? Golf Buggies The club has 16 buggies for hire. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Please note that availability maybe restricted due to adverse weather conditions.
