These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= Payment in full should be made at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering you unique ref number at; https://www.brsgolf.com/wilpshire/visitor_cancel_booking.php If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, you will receive a full refund of your green fee. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week before your date of play, you will receive a 50% refund of your green fee. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your allotted tee time you will not receive a refund. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= Handicap certificates are required.
