This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Click here to book a tee time on the 1st Tee. Green Fee Rates Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. You may book online up to 7 days in advance.  To book further ahead please contact the Club Office (0191 252 0180).  If you wish to book at short notice the Professional (0191 252 5688) may be able to give you a discounted rate. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable:    Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. A deposit of 10% per person will be taken to secure your booking. Please note that for Open Competitions full payment will be deducted from your card within five working days. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, you must pay at the Bar. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 2 days in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. For Open Competitions - no refunds will be given once tee times have been allocated. Please note data is only used to administer the competition for which you have entered and it is not stored or used in future for marketing purposes. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard with the usual golfing etiquette. Dress Code ========== Normal golf club dress code applies as shown on the Club website. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies The Club has 4 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form or ring the Professional (0191 252 5688). Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 0191 252 0180.
