Click here to cancel an existing booking. Green Fees Rates The 2009 green fee rate is £24 Monday - Thursday The 2009 Friday,Weekend & Bank Holiday green fee rate is £30. Special offers are also available from time to time. Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Please be aware that these terms and conditions may be updated frequently. Last update 10 May 2006. All visitor bookings made via this booking facility must be guaranteed with a valid credit/debit card. We will not take payment from your card for the round(s) prior to the day. Payment will be taken on the day by the player(s) in person.* Only in the event of course closure by Whitehill Golf shall any credit be made**. You must bring your reference number with you on the day as proof of booking. We reserve the right to alter tee times without notice due to circumstances outside our control. (e.g.fog) *In the event of cancellation within 48 hours-25% of the green fee(s) will be charged 24 hours-50% of the green fee(s) will be charged All visitors must adhere to the Rules of Whitehill Golf. We also request that all players adhere to the Rules of The Game, as laid down by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, in particular the section on Etiquette. Pace of play- You must keep up with the pace of play on the course. (Maximum of 4 hours 12 minutes per round is expected). Mobile Phones- Please ensure all mobiles are on discreet whilst on the course and in the clubhouse. Dress code- Collared Golfing Shirts only (Mock Turtle necks are allowed), No football clothing or colours, No denim, shorts must be tailored and short white socks worn, Soft Spike or metal spike golf shoes, every player must have their own set of golf clubs-no bag sharing allowed. If in doubt, please call direct on 01920 438495 for advice and to prevent embarrassment and inconvenience. Whitehill Golf politely request that all golfers are of fair ability as the course does not suit beginners. Visitors can reserve a tee time subject to availability from 7 days in advance. You must check in at The Pro Shop a minimum of 20 minutes before your round is due to start. We reserve the right to remove you from the course if you have not adhered to any of the rules. No refunds will be given. ¹ ¹ Unless within the ** marked above. Golf Buggies 20 Buggies are available for hire at £20 per round or £30 per day. Each buggy is fitted with GPS System. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on +44 (0) 1920 438495. Booking Process We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
