These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Please "check in" with the Pro-Shop at least 15 minutes prior to your tee-time. Payments. ======== To book a tee off through our web site you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our on-line payment process. Payment for your booking will only be taken on the day you golf. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique reference number or by contacting the club directly on 098-28262. Please note if you cancel your booking up to 3 days in advance, you will receive a FULL REFUND. However, if you fail to cancel your booking a minimum of 3 days prior to your tee-time, the credit card provided at time of booking will be charged in full. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have an official handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, etc. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies The club has a fleet of 14 buggies at €40 per buggy per round. To book a buggy please contact the club. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on +353 (0) 98 28262.
