Green Fees Rates

The 2013 winter (1-Nov to 31-Dec) green fee rates range from £55 to £65.
The 2013 summer (1-Apr to 31-Oct) green fee rates range from £65 to £120.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payments.
========
To book a tee off through our web site you will have to enter
your credit or debit card details using our on-line payment
Process. Your card will be charged with a deposit of £20 per player.
No further charge will be made until you turn up to play.

When you turn up to play, you can choose to pay the balance
due by cash or credit/debit card. You should report to the secretary's
office before beginning your round.

Early Bird and Twilight reservation must be paid in full at the time
of booking.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your
unique reference number.

If you cancel your bookings more than 2 weeks before your date of play,
you will not incur any additional charge.

If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks before your date of play,
there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your
credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your
green fee.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

On Arrival

Please report to the starter who will make sure you have access to the clubhouse and locker rooms.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have an official handicap,
you must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
Any clothing specifically manufactured for golf is acceptable.
The following are therefore not permitted: denims, football/rugby
tops, etc. Tailored shorts are permitted on the course with
knee length socks of a single colour..

Clubhouse
==========
Smart casual clothing should be worn in the Clubhouse.

Summer months - Gentlemen are not permitted to wear shorts in the lounges
or dining room. At present there is no spike bar facility

Course
======
Golf shoes only, no trainers

Golf Buggies

Those who require a buggy on medical grounds may use their own buggy.
The course is not considered suitable for buggies therefore those using
a buggy must collect details of the approved route from the office.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
