This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Click here to book a tee time. Click here to cancel an existing booking. Green Fee Rates GREENFEE MESSAGE: Western Gailes Golf Club does not charge a booking fee to use Internet booking. Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. This is required to pay the non refundable 50% deposit. When you arrive for your round of golf, you can choose to pay the remaining balance by cash or credit card. You should report to the Club shop before beginning your round. The Caddiemaster will direct you to the shop and all other areas of the Club. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique ref number. If you cancel your booking your deposit as stated above will be non-refundable. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, the deposit paid will be non refundable as shown previously. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed for any reason, the deposit will be transferrable to a new booking in your name. Handicap Certificates ===================== Handicap certificates are not required at Western Gailes Golf Club however the Starter will advise you of the Tee from which to play on the day. Dress Code ========== Normal smart casual attire is acceptable at Western Gailes Golf Club both on and off the course. Please note that Tailored shorts may be worn with long hose only.The following are therefore not permitted: denims, football/rugby tops, Trainer type shoes, ..... Jacket and tie must be worn in the Members lounge. Spikes ====== Spikes, plastic and metal, may be worn. Golf Buggies BUGGY MESSAGE: The club has a buggy that can be booked.
