Green Fees Rates

Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends,
we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, afternoon golf at Wells is often the quietest and best time. The timesheets are up to date for on line booking, you can always of course just telephone our club secretary on 01749 675005 and book a time with her. She may be able to fit you in more specifically to your needs.
The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Your card details will be held by us but we will not
process the transaction until you turn up to play.

When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose
to pay by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the
Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed,
you should call in to the secretary's office in the clubhouse and return to the Proshop after your round is complete.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique
ref number.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,
there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.

If you are unable to honour your booking we would prefer that you phone us to let us know, we do reserve the right to charge the green fee but would rather try to fit you in some othertime.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, .....

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

The club has a small number of buggies and a fleet of trollies that can be booked via the pro shop. If you require either of these we suggest you do contact our Pro Adrian Bishop on 01749 679059 for direct confirmation.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
directly by phone on 01749 675005.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
