Green Fees Rates

The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not process the transaction until you turn up to play.In the event of cancellation or no show Green Fee may be deducted from your card in accordance with our Cancellation Terms and Conditions for which see below. PLEASE PRINT YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND SHOW TO THE GREEN FEE OFFICE ON ARRIVAL. Please note that at peak periods 2 ball bookings will be paired up to make 4 balls at the starters discretion.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not process the transaction until you turn up to play. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash or credit card at the first tee green fee ticket / starters office. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your name and unique booking ref number. Bookings made online may only be Cancelled online. CASUAL BOOKINGS If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 2 days in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. SOCIETY BOOKINGS If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 7 days in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= Trent Park is available to golfers of all standards and no handicap is required. However all golfers must respect and be cogniscent of the etiquette of the game of golf particularly as it pertains to behaviour and slow play which will not be tolerated. Slower golfers must let games behind play through to avoid holding up the speed of play of the golf course and the Course Ranger reserves the right to eject slow players from the Course without refund. Dress Code ========== Normal golfing attire and soft soled shoes or golf shoes Spikes ====== Metal Spiked shoes may NOT be worn. 2 BALLS +++++++ 2 Ball bookings will be paired up to creatre 4 ball games at peak periods at the starters discretion.

Golf Buggies

The club has 23 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy,
you should enter this in the booking form but Buggy availability is NOT guaranteed on the day and is subject to breakdowns etc. Buggies booked in advance via our Internet Booking Service are charged at the reduced rate of £15 pounds instead of the normal rate of £20

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
directly by phone on 0208 367 4653.

You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
