Welcome to the Torwoodlee Golf Club Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not
process the transaction until you turn up to play.

Open Competitions :- Please note that for Open Competitions full payment will be deducted from your card within 14 working days from the competition date and is non refundable under any circumstances.

When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose
to pay by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the
Clubhouse Manager before beginning your round.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking by phoning 01896 752260 (option 3)

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,
there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there
will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking and do not show, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
At all times within the clubhouse and on the course a reasonable standard of dress should be observed.
Acceptable:- 
Sports shirts/polo 
Turtle or Round
Neck golf shirt
Trousers
Shorts (self coloured)
Coloured Jeans
Training shoes
Ladies - Round or V neck shirts tops
no non golf motif or logos
Blue Denim jeans/dungarees/skirts (allowed in clubhouse only)
excludes designer"ripped" or "distressed" jeans

Unacceptable:-
Vests , singlets or t-shirts
Tracksuits (acceptable for juniors)
Football/Rugby Strips
Hats in clubhouse

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn but not in the Clubhouse Lounge

Golf Buggies

The club has 8 buggies equiped with GPS that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter the number of buggies required per tee-off time in the booking form. Please note that the automated email response will not show the buggies you have booked neither does it show you the cost of buggies. Buggies are £20 each per round.

Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant

If you require to book trolleys, caddies, food, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01896 752260.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.

All personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of secure server software (SSL).
