This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Click here to book a tee time on the Silvermere. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= Full payment is taken at time of booking. Onsite ====== Please do not visit the complex if you or a member of your household have Covid 19 Hire ==== Buggy hire is not available in the winter months Pull trollies can be hired and paid for at the starters hut on the day Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking by telephone on 01932 584314. Office hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday, 8.00pm to 2.00pm Sundays and Bank Holidays. If you cancel your booking by 4.00pm the previous day you will be eligible for a refund. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If your numbers drop or you need to cancel your booking you must inform us by 4pm the previous day to avoid a £10.00 no show charge per person. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be eligible for a refund. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= Handicap certificates are not required to play at Silvermere. We welcome new players but Silvermere is a challenging course, and we advise them to play at quieter times during the week or late afternoons at the weekend. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. Golf shoes or flat soled trainers must be worn. Strictly no jeans. Tailored shorts are allowed. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01932 584314.
