Green Fees Rates

Tee times can be booked up to 14 days in advance, however - groups of 12+ please call the Sales & Bookings Office on 01932 584305 to book further ahead. Please note - if you are a single player you will be unable to book on-line. Please call our starter on 01932 584310 to arrange for you to play.

PLEASE NOTE - two-balls will be paired up during our busy peak periods.

A limited number of slots available from 7.00am - 8.00am to play 18 holes for just £26.00 per person and come back and receive FREE Ham, Egg & Chips, after their round.

EARLYBIRDS OFFER Saturdays and Sundays and Bank Holidays* (Pre-paid Only)
Play 18 holes from 1st light, then come back and receive a FREE breakfast including tea or coffee after their round for £30.00 per person. *subject to availability.

The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee.  
Credit/Debit card numbers are taken as a HOLDING DEPOSIT ONLY - however, full payment will be taken for cancellations not made before 5.00pm the previous day. You will also be charged if your party drop in numbers and you fail to notify us.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= Unless you are a member of Silvermere Golf Club, to book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not process the transaction unless you fail to show or your numbers drop without you informing us. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay individually by cash or credit/debit card in the Doug McClelland Golfstore. If the store is closed the starters will ask for payment and issue a receipt. Cancellation Policy =================== You can only cancel the booking by telephone on 01932 584300. Office hours are 8.00am to 9.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 8.00pm Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm Saturday and 8.00am to 4.00pm Sunday and Bank Holiday. You will be given a cancellation number which you should keep for future reference. If you cancel your booking by 5.00pm the previous day no charge will be made against your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking before 5.00pm the previous day, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. If your numbers go down and you fail to let us know, again you will be charged for the no shows. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= Handicap certificates are not required to play at Silvermere. We welcome new players but Silvermere is a challenging course, and we advise them to play at quieter times during the week or late afternoons at the weekend. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. Golf shoes must be worn, no jeans. Tailored shorts are allowed.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.

Using your credit card to make purchases via our web site is a secure way to pay for your golf. We have put a number of security steps in place to give you, the customer, total confidence when booking your golf over the Internet.

All personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of secure server software (SSL). This means that information can only be exchanged between you and us, and that no third party can access this data. The padlock symbol on your browser shows which pages are covered by this security system.

All credit/debit card details are stored in an encrypted format, which requires a decryption key to view. Only we have knowledge of this key.
