Welcome to the Seckford Golf Club Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking.

Green Fees Rates

The club has a standard green fee rate for weekdays and weekends of (£35) for single players. The price quoted is the price you pay, there is no booking fee. We apologise that at this time the rates available online are set at adult rate. Should you wish to bring along a Junior Golfer (U18) then they will receive a concession after 12:00noon and this will need to be booked directly via the Golf Club. Please call the Pro Shop on 01394 388000 to arrange a Tee Time.

Visitor Day Insurane
All visitors are now required to pay an additional £1 for insurance while on the golf course. This must be paid when visitors arrive at the club and sign in at reception. Thank you.

Have you thought about Associate Membership?

If you sign up to become an Associate Member your green fee rates will reduce to £16 for 18 holes or £8 for 10 holes (instead of £35 for 18 holes and £18 for 10 holes). There is also a Twilight option after certain times at a cost of just £12.

All you have to do is fill in a form in the Pro Shop and pay a yearly fee of £5 (plus your first green fee if you play when you sign up). You can then book a time any day of the week (subject to availability) and pay your reduced green fees as you play.

Dress Code

Please adhere to the club dress code. Golf shoes MUST be worn. No Denim, t-shirts, football/rugby shirts, tracksuit, football/rugby shorts, swimwear or trainers are to be worn on the golf course. If you do not adhere to the dress code you may be asked to change or leave the golf course. For more information regarding dress code please contact the Pro Shop on 01394 388000.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

You should report to the
Pro shop before beginning your round. We ask that you bring your booking confirmation along with you. If the Pro shop is closed,
you should call in after your round is complete or see Bar/Restuarant Staff who will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique
ref number.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, then you will not be entitled to a refund.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed, we will refund your payment to the credit/debit card used at time of booking.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend. Alternatively you will be able to move your booking to another day. Please contact the club if this applies to you.

Handicaps
=========
Golfers with or without handicaps are welcome, if you feel necessary please bring your handicap certificate with you. It is not essential that we see one before you commence play. If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to a reasonable standard and be familiar with the etiquette of the game.

Dress Code
==========
Normal EGU/LGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, trainers, t-shirts. For more information regarding dress code please call the Pro Shop on 01394 388000.

Footwear
======
Golf shoes <b>MUST</b> be worn.

Golf Buggies

The club has 4 buggies that can be booked. Standard Hire costs just £20. If you would like to add a Buggy to your booking then please do so by calling the Pro Shop on 01394 388000.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
directly by phone on 01394 388 000.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
