GREEN FEE MESSAGE:
PLEASE CHECK THE COURSE CONDITION STATUS BEFORE YOUR VISIT.

Visitors currently limited to 2, 3 or 4-Balls Monday to Friday 11:00-17:00 and 12:00-17:00 weekends. Please observe all social distancing rules including not removing the pin and no rakes in bunkers.

Reductions are now available for groups of 12+.

The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our online booking facility.

Payment:
Payment will be taken at the time of booking. To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.

Refund / Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your booking by contacting Seaton Carew Golf Club by email, secretary.seatoncarewgolfclub@gmail.com or telephone, 01429 266249. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. Refunds will only be available if the cancellation is made within 14 days of booking, otherwise an alternate date will be offered.

Course Closed:
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), your booking will be re-arranged subject to availability.

Booking Transferable:
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Dress Code - On the course:
Normal golf dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, beach/football shorts, football/rugby/hooded tops. Shirts must have sleeves & collars or turtle necks and must be tucked in. Golf shoes must be worn on the course, practice ground or putting green.

Dress Code - In the clubhouse:
All shirts or polo shirts must have sleeves & collars or turtle neck. Denim jeans can be worn but must not be ripped or work wear. Tailored shorts are acceptable but not beach/football shorts. Golf shoes, training shoes, work boots or flip flops are not permitted. Waterproof clothing should be avoided and is not permitted if dirty or wet. Head wear is not allowed

Spikes:
Spikes may be worn on the course, practice ground and putting green.

Golf Buggies

The club has 5 buggies that can be booked at the price of £25/round or £50/day through either the Pro Shop or office.

Booking of Golf Clubs, Trolleys or Buggies

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys or buggies you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively contact the club by phone on 01429 266249.
