Green Fees Rates

Our standard green fees are as follows:

April - September 2008
Weekday 18 Holes £22
Weekend 18 Holes £28

Current discounted rates:

OFF PEAK RATE - Available Monday-Thursday between 11am & 2.30pm
TWILIGHT RATE - Available everyday after 4pm (£15pp)

Day Tickets available - Please telephone Reception to book.

For groups of 10 or more please contact our Group Golf Co-ordinator.

The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee.

The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: VISA CREDIT CARD, VISA DEBIT/DELTA, MASTERCARD, AMERICANEXPRESS, SWITCH.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line we require you to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not
process the transaction until you turn up to play.

When you arrive for your round of golf, you can choose
to pay by cash instead of credit card. Please report to the
Reception before beginning your round. If the Reception is closed,
please report to the Clubhouse Bar.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique
ref number.

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your date of play,
there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours in advance, there
will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
No handicap certificate is required.

Dress Code
==========
Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, .....

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

The club currently has 10 buggies that can be booked. It is possible for you to request a buggy online by entering it into the booking form. By requesting a buggy online it does not gaurantee that you will get one on the day although every effort will be made to ensure you do. If a buggy is available for you we will send out a confirmation email.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
directly by phone on 01623 825253.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.

Credit Card Security

Using your credit card to make purchases via our web site is a secure way to pay for your golf. We have put a number of security steps in place to give you, the customer, total confidence when booking your golf over the Internet.

All personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of secure server software (SSL). This means that information can only be exchanged between you and us, and that no third party can access this data. The padlock symbol on your browser shows which pages are covered by this security system.

All credit/debit card details are stored in an encrypted format, which requires a decryption key to view. Only we have knowledge of this key.
