Green Fees Rates NEW ONLINE GREEN FEE RATES: 2015 Summer Online Rates (1st April - 5th October 2015) are as follows: Sunday - Friday: £58.50/round, £76.50/day, £36 after 4pm Saturday: £67.50/round, £85.50/day, £40.50 after 4pm Members' Guests and Juniors: Half full fee (It is not possible to book Junior start times on-line - please phone the Club to do so.) INTERNET TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Booking Conditions. These booking conditions are periodically subject to change. ACCURACY Although all reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information (including prices) on our web site, in our email newsletters, in our promotion material and in printed media, regrettably changes and errors occasionally occur. You must therefore check the details of your chosen tee time (including the price) at the time of booking. We reserve the right to increase the price of any tee time advertised on our website at any time before you book. Any price changes will be clearly visible to you at the time of booking. Any subsequent reduction in prices due to special offers advertised will not apply to confirmed bookings. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. This will be clearly visible as you go through the booking process, and all payments made, and outstanding amounts will be clearly stated on your booking confirmation. You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique reference number. You may also cancel by phone. METHODS OF PAYMENT We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Connect. All payments made by credit card currently carry a 0% handling charge. To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Payment ======= If you cancel your booking more than 28 days before your date of play, you will receive a full refund of your green fee. For cancellations less than 28 days before your date of play you will receive a credit. Open Competitions: If you are entering an open competition the full price will be deducted from your credit/debit card immediately. Refunds will only be granted if notice is given more than one month from date of competition. Failure To Cancel Your Booking: If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund/credit. When you turn up for your round of golf you should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. Course Closed: If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee or another day to play. Handicaps: Handicap certificates may be requested for general play. DRESS RULES Smart, clean and presentable dress must be worn at all times. Tailored shorts may be worn up to 8.00pm. As to acceptable dress – the management committees’ decision is final. The following items are unacceptable: Jeans, Collarless T-Shirts, Men’s Three-Quarter Trousers, the wearing of hats or caps in the clubhouse. Any person not adhering to the correct dress rules will not be served and will be requested to leave the club. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn - preferably soft spikes. Pace of Play - In order that you and others can enjoy your round at Royal St David's we ask that you maintain a good pace of play at all times. A round for 3 people should not take more than 3 and a half hours, and no more than 4 hours for a group of 4 people. Golf Buggies The club has 8 buggies that can be booked.
