Welcome to the The Royal St. George's Golf Club Internet Tee Tee Time Application Service. This service allows you to apply for a tee time over the internet. Confirmation of your application will follow shortly. For each booking, you will be given a unique 6-digit booking reference number. This should be quoted on all correspondence with the Club.

Green Fees Rates

Normal Greenfees  (1st April 2013 to 31st October 2013)
£170 per person for 18 holes
£210 per person for a day-ticket.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= Your credit/debit card details will be required at the time of your booking request. The Club will deduct the FULL greenfee charges for each reservation. This amount will only be refunded if cancellations are received more than one month in advance of the reservation date. This will act as a guarantee for the booking. The Club reserves the right to reject any booking request for whatever reason. Greenfee charges will only be charged for accepted bookings. When you arrive at the Club, you should report to the Proshop before beginning your round, where they have the authority to charge any outstanding greenfees on behalf of the Club. If the Proshop is not available, please report to the Secretary’s Office situated opposite the Caddiemaster’s Office. Cancellation Policy =================== In the event of cancellation of a complete tee time within one month of the booking, a deposit of £30 per person will be retained. Should this occur within two weeks of the reservation, the FULL amount will be retained; however, this will be refunded in total if the tee time is re-sold. In the event of a reduction in numbers from a booked tee time, the full amount will be retained for the cancelled player/s. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, the FULL amount will be retained. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed, you will receive a full refund of your greenfees or transfer the amount paid to an alternative date, subject to availability. Booking Transferable ==================== If you need to alter your booking, please call the Office on +44 (0)1304 613090 (option 1), to discuss the details. Deposits are non-transferable within 1 month of the reservation. Handicaps ========= All players are required to show their Handicap Certificates to the Caddiemaster, prior to starting their round. Maximum handicap of 18 for all players. Dress Code ========== Jacket and ties are required in the Clubhouse after 11am. Relaxed dress and golf shoes may be worn in the Snack Bar. Jeans, trainers and shirts without collars are not permitted. Knee-length tailored shorts may be worn with long socks with turnovers. Spikes ====== Metal or soft spiked golf shoes must be worn on the golf course. It is advised that metal spikes are worn during the winter months. Mobile Telephones ================= The use of mobile telephones and laptop computers is not permitted in the Clubhouse or its surrounds, or on the course. Liability ================= The Club cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to equipment or personal belongings while at the Club. The Club does not accept responsibility for any injury sustained while playing the course. Players should be aware of the risks involved and insure themselves accordingly.

Golf Buggies

The use of motorised buggies is restricted to those with medical certificates stating a requirement to do so.  This must be stated at the time of booking.
