Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line please enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. No refunds will be given for player cancellation or non-attendance. Course Closed ============= In the unlikely event the we close the course due to unplayable weather conditions, a refund of green fees will be made in full to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend providing they comply with the booking restrictions. Handicaps ========= This on-line booking facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 21 or less (Men) or 32 or less (Ladies). If you or your colleagues don't have an official handicap, you will be unable to complete your booking. Dress Code ========== Smart golf wear is required. Men must tuck their shirts in. Tailored shorts with white sports socks may be worn on the Links and in the Spike Bar but not upstairs in the Clubhouse where lunch is served. The following are not permitted: denim or cargo trousers, football/rugby tops, round neck tee-shirts. Shoes ====== Metal or soft spikes may be worn on the Links but not in the Clubhouse. Booking Process We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
