Welcome to the Royal Cinque Ports Golf Club Internet Tee Tee Time Application Service. This service allows you to apply for a tee time over the internet. Confirmation of your application will follow shortly. For each booking, you will be given a unique 6-digit booking reference number. This should be quoted on all correspondence with the Club.

Green Fees Rates

GREENFEE MESSAGE:
This facility is available for bookings 30 days in advance. For longer term bookings please contact the office.
Visitors may request tee booking times on line from 9.30 am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. At weekends visitors may book request times after 11.00. All vistor requests for bookings must first be confirmed by the office, and a 50% deposit paid, before the booking becomes valid. In the event of a booking cancellation a non refundable charge of £30 per person will be taken by the club from the advance deposit paid. The remainder of the deposit will be paid if the cancellation is made more than 14 days from the booked date. If cancelled less than 14 days then the full 50% deposit will be retained by the Club. If an alternative date is made with the Club more than 14 days bfore the booked date all deposits will remain valid for the new booking date.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To request a tee time on-line you will first need confirmation from the office that your booking is acceptable and you need to have entered your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line data transfer process. Please note that payment cannot be taken electronically but will be taken by office staff from the details provided. 50% will be deducted at time of booking and the balance taken 3 weeks before the booked date of play. See above for cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique
ref number.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,
any charges will be refunded.

If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there
will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be offered an alternative date.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 22 or
less (men) or 34 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, shorts (without long hose), football/rugby tops,trainers .....

Shorts are not permitted in the dining room or clubhouse lounges. No wet weather gear, spikes or hats will be allowed in the dining room or Club lounges.

======
Spikes may be worn on the course.

Golf Buggies

BUGGY MESSAGE:
The club has 4 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy,please book it with the professional's shop (01304 374170). Society bookings should complete a booking form which requests information on extra services required including buggies and caddies.
you should enter this in the booking form.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
