This is an on-line ONLY rate. GUI/ILGU cards for each player MUST be produced when checking in with the Pro Shop and when making the booking on-line you must include the GUI number of each player in the notes section.

All on-line rates are strictly for bookings made using our Internet Tee Reservation Service by following the links above and will not be extended to any walk in green fees or bookings made over the phone or via email.
All rates and offers are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
All third party offers/promotions are discounted from the full green fee rate of 80e

Please Note: Any Hotel resident who wishes to avail of the reduced rates for our guests must contact the hotel or golf reception to reserve tee times and not use the on-line booking system. Any resident who books a tee time using the on-line system will be charged the on-line rate and not the reduced hotel resident rate.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using the Rosapenna Internet booking facility. GUI/ILGU Rate ========== GUI/ILGU members must have their GUI/ILGU card with them and present same when checking in for golf in the Pro Shop in the Pavilion. Failure to do so will result in the normal book on-line rate of 60e per golfer being charged. Cards may be subject to verification process. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. YOUR CREDIT CARD IS ONLY HELD AS A GUARANTEE of the booking. When you arrive for your round of golf, you should report to the Pro Shop in the Pavilion before beginning your round and pay for your golf. All players will be issued with a receipt for the starter/ranger. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique ref number. You may also cancel by phone. If you cancel outside seven days prior to playing there is no penalty. If you cancel within seven days, your credit card will be debited for fifty percent (50%) of the total green fees. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, your card will be charged for the full amount of the green fee. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee. Handicaps ========= Handicap certificates are required to play the course. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: Blue denim jeans, t-shirts (collarless and/or sleeveless), football jerseys, sports shorts (tailored shorts may be worn). Footwear - No trainers/runners You are requested to wear soft spikes on both courses. We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
