Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using the Rosapenna Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your credit card number will be held as a guarantee of the booking ONLY. When you arrive for your round of golf, you should report to the Golf shop in the Pavilion before beginning your round and pay for your golf. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique ref number. You may also cancel by phone. If you cancel outside seven days prior to playing there is no penalty. If you cancel within seven days, your credit card will be debited for fifty percent (50%) of the total green fees. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, your card will be charged for the full amount of the green fee. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee. Handicaps ========= Handicap certificates are required to play the course. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: tee-shirts (collarless and/or sleeveless) shorts, (tailored shorts may be worn). You are requested to wear soft spikes on both courses.

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
directly by phone on +353 (0) 74 915 5000.

You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
