Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your payment will be processed by us within 48 hours of your booking. When you turn up for your round of golf, you MUST report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your date of play, you will receive a full refund to your credit/debit card - please contact the club on 02920 842408 Extention 2 to do so. If you cancel your booking less 48 hours in advance, then no refund will be permitted. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be no refund possible. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), your payment will be refunded in full - please contact the club on 02920 842408 extention 2 to action. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you will not be eligible to play in any Open Competitions, however to make a casual booking you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Normal EGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, training shoes, sandles, collarless t-shirts other than tapered collar golf shirts..... Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Only soft spikes are permitted in the "Spikes Bar" within the clubhouse.

Golf Buggies

The club has no buggies for hire. Personal buggies are permitted only if prior written consent has been sought.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 02920842408.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
