INTERNET TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Booking Conditions. These booking conditions are periodically subject to change.  The latest terms and conditions can be viewed on line on our web site.

1. ACCURACY

Although all reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information (including prices) on our web site in our email newsletters, in our promotion material and in pirited media, regrettably changes and errors occasionally occur.  You must therefore check the details of your chosen tee time (including the price) at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to increase the price of any tee time advertised on our website at any time before you book. Any price changes will be clearly visible to you at the time of booking. Any subsequent reduction in prices due to special offers advertised will not apply to confirmed bookings.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.  Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

This will be clearly visible as you go through the booking process, and all payments made, and outstanding amounts will be clearly stated on your booking confirmation.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Connect. All payments made by credit card currently carry a 0% handling charge.  For non on line bookings cheques are accepted to confirm your booking and are to be made payable to “Porthmadog Golf Club”. To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

Cancellation Policy
===================
Should you require to cancel your booking you must contact the Golf Club immediately.

If you cancel your booking more than 2 weeks before your date of play,
we will be happy to provide a full credit.

If you cancel your booking less than 2 week in advance, there
will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
A common-sense interpretation of our ‘smart casual’ dress code is requested, both on the course and in our clubhouse.  Whilst tailored shorts are acceptable, the wearing of jeans, trainers, collarless shirts, sports vests etc. is not permitted.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

The club has 4 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01766 514124.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.

Using your credit card to make purchases via our web site is a secure way to pay for your golf. We have put a number of security steps in place to give you, the customer, total confidence when booking your golf over the Internet.

All personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of secure server software (SSL).
