Green Fee Rates

Although Peterborough Milton has standard green fee rates for weekdays and Summer weekend bookings, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute.
The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee.
Booking requests for 7+ days in advance must be submitted to the Secretary for approval.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will be required to pay by credit or
debit card, entering the card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Your card account will then be debited with the appropriate fee for the Competition or Green Fee you are booking.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique
reference number.

If you cancel your booking more than 2 weeks before your date of play,
you will be entitled to a refund of the sum paid less the deduction of a £10 administrative charge.

If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks before your date of play,
you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the sum paid.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, no refund will be made.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be entitled to a full refund of the funds paid.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend provided they meet the qualification requirements of the booking.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap. If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
We welcome all visitors to Peterborough Milton Golf Club and strive to provide you with excellent standards of sport and hospitality. Please reciprocate this by observing these simple dress rules.

Shirts – Gentlemen - shirts must be tucked into trousers/shorts at all times on the Course and Practice ground. They are allowed to be worn outside trousers/shorts in the lounge/dining room/stud bar and patio areas. 
Ladies -  are allowed to wear shirts outside skirts/trousers/shorts anywhere.

Shorts – Shorts must be ‘tailored’ and knee length. Golf “designer” shorts are allowed. Sports shorts, cargo or Patch-Pocket Combat type shorts are not acceptable. Shorts may be worn in the Dining Room and Lounge at all times.

Trousers/Jeans. All colours (including denim) are permitted within the clubhouse and surrounds provided they are clean and smart (i.e. no rips/tears/fraying/faded/baggy jeans, no tradesmen’s working jeans).  
Jeans MAY NOT be worn on the golf course (but are allowed on the practice area).

Coloured co-ordination of socks. Gentlemen and Ladies are permitted to wear either white socks or coloured coordinated socks with their golf clothing.

Footwear:
Club House – Shoes, leisure and casual footwear are allowed in the Clubhouse and surrounds. No “plastic flip flops” permitted. Golf shoes are allowed within the changing room and stud bar areas.
Golf course and practice area. PMGC members/visitors - golf shoes are to be worn on the course and practice area. All learners attending “starter sections” may wear trainers on the practice area.

Taking your post Match meal – We respectfully request all players to change out of their golfing attire and shower prior to take their meal after completion of their round of golf. Smart casual as a minimum is expected when dining after 7pm

Mobile Phones   - Mobile Phones may only be used in the Car Park area and in the Entrance Foyers of the Clubhouse. Use of Mobile Phones is prohibited on the Course and any other area of the Clubhouse unless there is a medical emergency.

Other Hand-held Electronic Equipment  -  including all, Gaming Consoles, Laptops, Tablets, Ipads etc;
These devices may be used when in the Clubhouse, however on all occasions sound must be muted so the device is silent.

Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

The club has 2 buggies which are administered by the Professionals Shop from where you collect the keys. If you require a buggy please enter this on the booking form.
