Welcome to the Oswestry Golf Club Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking Visitor Tee Times & Open Competitions using our Internet booking facility.

Payment & Reservations
-----------------------
Green Fees: To book on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. A deposit of £10 per person will be deducted from your card at time of booking. When you arrive at OGC you should report to the Pro shop and you can choose to pay the balance by cash instead of credit card.

Oswestry Golf Club uses a ball and chute system to manage the first tee. When you arrive please place a ball in the chute to reserve your turn. The tee times made available for online bookings are only those times that we know the tee to be quiet and you will rarely have to wait. However please understand that the time booked is only a guide.

Open Competitions: If you are entering an Open Competition the full payment will be deducted from your credit card immediately. OGC may request prize winners to provide a current and active handicap certificate. Buggies cannot be used in Open Competitions unless a doctor's certificate is provided. By entering an Open Competition online you are agreeing to all terms specified on the relevant entry form which is available to view on OGC website.

Cancellation Policy
===================
To cancel your booking please read the following information.

Casual Visitor Green Fees
If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play yopur deposit will be refunded.If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance you will lose your deposit. To cancel green fee bookings please telephone the professional 01691 610448.

Open Competitions: Refunds for Open Competitions will only be granted if notice is given more than one month from date of open. To cancel an Open Competition Booking please contact the secretary 01691 610535.

Cancellation fees. For all cancellations Oswestry Golf Club will make a charge of £1 per booking. This is to reimburse the club for processing fees charged by the credit card company.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, Oswestry Golf Club reserves the right to charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather)the customer can chose between arranging an alternative date or a full refund.
 
For some Open competitions a voucher for a free round of golf will be offered. Please see entry sheets for specific terms and conditions.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend provided they are able to comply with the terms and conditions of the booking.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). OGC reserves the right to ask for a handicap certificate or CDH number.

Dress Code
==========

Oswestry Golf Club is a traditional members' club and has a dress code. This in many ways is common sense however please ensure that the dress code is followed to ensure a pleasant visit and to avoid any embarrassment.

The basic principle is that traditional golfing attire is worn on the course and that the minimum standard of dress in The Clubhouse is what we would call smart casual.

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01691 610535.

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
